Intensives
And why they're better for you.
Intensives are built for momentum.
I don’t believe in endless meetings, bloated proposals, or slow-moving branding processes that take months to deliver results.

That’s why I use intensives. These are focused, high-impact sprints. Instead of stretching a project over weeks or months, I dedicate a short, concentrated timeframe (anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks) to getting it done.

DURING YOUR INTENSIVE,
YOU ARE MY ONLY CLIENT.
Why Intensives Work Better
Faster results.
Traditional branding and messaging projects can take weeks or even months — and often, they lose momentum along the way. With an intensive, we set a clear scope and timeline so you get results in days or weeks, not months.

High-impact, low waste.
Intensives strip away all the unnecessary fluff. No excessive meetings, no vague strategy docs, no overcomplicated processes. Just smart, strategic work.

No dragging it out.
I don’t lock clients into long-term retainers that become an excuse to move slowly. We work fast, finish strong, and get you exactly what you need.

More focus, more value.
Because we’re working in a focused timeframe, you get my full attention during the intensive. No multitasking, no juggling multiple clients at once.
An Intensive is Right for You if...
You need clarity. Fast.
You’re tired of waiting months for branding and messaging updates.
You don’t want to be locked into a long-term contract.
You want focused, high-impact work without an agency-style commitment.
You know you need to fix something, but aren’t sure what.

I'm interested. How do I book an Intensive?
Step one is a CommScan. You book that by sending me an email.
How far out are you booking windows?
It depends on the length of your Intensive, but generally, I book about a month out.
Do I need to be available the whole time of the Intensive?
Not at all. However, I do need you to respond promptly to emails so we can keep things moving. Intensives move quickly, and I’ll check in at key points to get feedback and keep everything on track.

How much does an Intensive cost?
When I present your CommScan, I will recommend three Intensive options at increasing price points starting at $3,000. This gives you the flexibility to start with small, incremental steps or tackle everything at once.
Do you offer ongoing support after the intensive?
Yes. I offer follow-up sessions and additional Intensives as needed. Many clients book an initial sprint and later return for a second phase of work.
